If you forgot SSH port or SSH shell is not accessible because of a broken configuration or anything else or SSH service is not restarting properly then you can easily find a workaround in order to correct the problem and regain access to your server via SSH.
Log into WHM control panel as the root user
Access the following URL to reset your SSH configuration settings to default
https://server001.hostname.com:2087/cpsess479423/scripts2/doautofixer?autofix=safesshrestart
The script can be started by adding “/scripts2/doautofixer?autofix=safesshrestart” to the end of your WHM URL and should look something like above.
Now, you can SSH into your server through port 22 and correct your configuration for further use
